This is the journey that has led me to where I am today: 1) Immigrated from Moscow to Miami at 11 years old with zero knowledge of English. Years of acclimating to a new environment taught me grit and resilience. 2) At the age of 19, I departed from Loyola Marymount University to complete my bachelor’s degree online. This choice enabled me to kickstart my career in real estate and provide financial support for my family. 3) Over the following years, I undertook several unpaid real estate internships that provided my entry into the industry. Balancing online degree completion, gaining work experience, and financially supporting my family by working nights and weekends at restaurants revealed the depth of my fortitude. 4) Establishing the first real estate organization at LMU eventually paid off. A fellow student from LMU, whom I met at one of the organization’s meetings, assisted me in securing an internship at Trion Properties as a Property Management Intern in 2021. 5) Fast forward to the present, I'm still with Trion Properties, now working as an acquisitions analyst—a goal I've pursued since I was 19 • Responsible for sourcing deals and developing broker relationships in DFW, TX. • Integral part of Trion’s expansion into Texas with an acquisition of a 471-unit multi-family property. • Have overseen the acquisition of ~1,500 units across CA/OR/CO with a combined value of ~$380MM.
