I am a real estate investor who has been investing in property rentals since 1999. I have a New York residential real estate license, and can help you with Central/South/SouthWest part of Brooklyn. I completed several flips in New Jersey with my partner, but currently involved in purchasing multi-family (20+ units) properties I graduated from Brooklyn College (CUNY) with Computer Science degree and have been utilizing my IT skills with companies like IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, BNP Paribas, and Credit Suisse. Most of my career in the field I spent on the different Trading Desks assisting traders with various trading application. During his free time I enjoys playing chess. I was introduces to this complex but beautiful game at the age of 13 and reached title of a Master. I has been being playing professionally and achieved several titles including 3 times Pan-American Intercollegiate Chess Champion. My chess career also includes 20+ years of joyful experience teaching chess to kids in several New York Public Schools and in private chess clubs.
