Yvonne Oliea

Hello my name is Yvonne. I live in Springfield Illinois and work as a Certified Nurse Assistant. I have been interested in real estate for many years. I have been to seminars but the information sounded too complicated. I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad books. I was also offered $10.000 dollars for down payment on a real estate property from a real estate investor but when I started asking questions the investor tried to intimidate me. So I just gave up. Fast forward, I want to give real estate investing another try. I want to do it the smart way not just winging it. I have been reading books again, looking at YouTube and have a couple investors on speed dial if I have any questions. I am reaching out to this community for information and support. I am a hard worker and wiling to get my hands dirty to get this real estate machine up and going.
