I'm a landlord, property manager, real estate broker, general contractor, and accountant with over 15 years of experience managing residential rentals in the Twin Cities. I've been in the weeds on every part of owning and operating rental properties, from maintaining units and managing finances to working directly with tenants and navigating the day-to-day chaos that comes with the job. That experience taught me what independent landlords actually need, and what the tools they've been given have consistently gotten wrong. It's what led me to co-found Shuk Rentals.
