Hello, I am currently in the learning stages of real estate investing living in NYC and looking to own my first rental property before the end of the year. My focus currently is acquiring more money for a down payment, while solidifying my REI plan of whether I want to HouseHack in the NYC/Jersey City area or if I want to take on OOS investing.
