Experience: I am a NEW Real Estate Investor, with CERO experience in Real Estate. I've been wanting to get into this field for a very long time. And just last year, mid last year I lost my job, so instead of looking for another job I've decided NOT to go work for someone else NO MORE but to work for my self, my own business, my own hours, my schedule, my time. For NOW Currently Seeking: I am looking for SERIOUS Cash Buyers, Cash Investor ready to make cash deals, Realtors (Investors friendly Realtors) dedicated to do a lot of deals, who is willing to send me 20 to 30 listing so I can submit up to 5 to 10 offers per week ( would like for this Realtor to keep me busy so I can keep him busy and we are both happy. And NO lowball offers, Home Inspector Contractor Real Estate Attorney/Title Company Hard Money Lender/Private Lender
