Although the occupation says "investor" (that was as close as I could get to what we really do), we are actually real estate note brokers. We help people buy or sell notes (think deeds of trust and mortgages and other financial instruments) backed by real estate. We will work with performing or non performing notes, first or second lien positions and focus on residential (1-4 family) notes. Just a little about me so you know who you are dealing with. I am currently a Virginia tree farmer (100-acre tree farm) and real estate note broker. I was a top producing associate real estate broker in Northern Virginia (in the DC area) in the Early 1990s. I am a retired Naval aviator (24.5 years in the Navy). I flew in the back seat of Navy fighters (F-4 & F-14) and I actually went through the Navy Topgun course in 1975 (hence the name of the LLC). If you saw the original Topgun Movie, I was a "Goose" character, a Radar Intercept Officer (RIO). I have almost 1000 carrier landings in my logbook.
