Construction & Remodeling have been passed down to me by my Father who is a Master Carpenter. I'm the 6th generation from a long line of skilled tradesmen. I decided to take my knowledge of rehabbing and apply It to Investing in Real Estate. Furthermore I am a Tech Geek educated in Virtual Wholesaling. I have been learning everything I can about REI through Books, Courses and Podcasts, as well as working for several investors. I specialize in utilizing technology to quickly find and analyze real estate deals.
