Howdy! I hail from the great state of Texas. I've been involved in various aspects of RE for over 10 years. I brought my first property in 2004 and since then I've owned and managed SFR rental properties, I've partnered in a multi-family unit investment, and I've flipped a few properties all while working full time. Now...I'm embarking on RE investing full-time! I flip but primarily am looking for buy and holds, SFR and MF. I also have my real estate license! I'm on BP to learn, network, and lend.
