Omar Hernandez

My name is Omar H. I’m a recent graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and a minor in Business. I earned my real estate license at 18, and since then I’ve been building my career at the intersection of construction, investing, and real estate sales. I’ve spent the last several years developing and leasing my own projects, managing tenants, and learning the business from the ground up. That combination of hands‑on construction experience and real estate knowledge gives me a practical understanding of how properties are built, how they perform, and how to structure deals that actually make sense. I’m actively involved in building duplexes, selling investment properties, and helping investors analyze returns and long‑term potential. My journey hasn’t been easy, but every step has pushed me to grow, learn, and build a foundation that I’m proud of.
