Hello All, my name is Omar and I am the Founder and CEO of Real Estate Wishes LLC, a residential and commercial redevelopment company. I am a licensed real estate agent and property manager. I've been in real estate since 2002 and have been involved in over 1000 transactions. I've managed over apartment communities as well as 1000 scatter site rentals doing acquisitions, renovations, rental, and dispositions. I am an active flipper here in Las Vegas and always looking for multifamily opportunities. Always interested in new markets and love talk about real estate and construction.
