Omar Sanchez

Hey everyone and welcome! My name is Omar Sanchez and I am 20 years old, I am hispanic ( Puerto Rican ) but was born and raised (and still live) in NYC specifically the Bronx. Let me see what I can say..... I am a very ambitious person ( sometimes too ambitious ), have a great personality, fun to talk to have a great mindset when it comes to life. I went through a very bad experience in my life that I would NEVER forget! I also decided to become the BEST version of myself. I got tired of being an "average" person. I started reading books on self improvement, one of them was called "success through a positive mental attitude" and it changed the way I viewed life. Another book I have read is "Think and Grow Rich" also changed me for the better. It wasn't until I was in college,( which I am still attending ) when a student ( now a good friend ) recommended me a book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad, ever since then, I viewed money differently. There was this one word that kept popping up in my head, " don't be average!". It kept pushing me to do more One of my goals is to become a millionaire, have fun, travel the world and most importantly help others and have freedom. The helping others is going to be first though! I also want to volunteer for non-profit organizations as well as it is soo heart warming!! I know it is not gonna happen fast, but its worth it. When I was searching up on how to achieve this, Real Estate poped up and also a friend recommended me to go into that industry so I decided to look into it, then I got hooked. JUST a few days later I borrowed a book from a guy ( now my friend ) I met at a real estate "seminar" and it really sparked my interest! So yea I am brand new into Real Estate but EXTREMELY hungry to learn, and I also want to network with people who are around my area who have more experience than me. Have a great time everyone!
