Several years ago we pushed our selves to a minimum of 1 property per week. I'm a published author of The Cash-Flow Breakfast Club, which is both a story and a manual to achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. The book details the path that I took to achieve financial freedom before the age of 30 through PIFL or Passive Income For Life. My real estate career started in Hawaii on the North Shore of Oahu where I grew up. I split most of my time between a few markets in Florida and the Northern VA / DC area. We have a real estate investment company, New Leaf Redevelopers, which focuses on value add residential and mixed-use projects. We also own airbnbs, co-living properties, sober living and a Residential Assisted Living. We are obsessed with teaching our 3 kids financial literacy and do everything that we can provide them hands on experiences with our investment properties on a regular basis. After going most of my career in relative anonymity, I decided to make a complete 180 and first publicly “came out” as an investor on the Bigger Pockets podcast in 2021. Since then I have been featured on hundreds of real estate investor podcasts, radio shows and publications and on these shows I often share the concept of living my life in decades. My 20’s were about achieving financial freedom. My 30’s were about creating generational wealth. And now my 40’s are about creating and leaving a legacy. I am also the founder of a very unique real estate investor club and mastermind group. The Cash-Flow Breakfast Club is an amazing community of mentors, coaches & masterminds. It is a place for real estate investors (or hopeful real estate investors) to gather knowledge, get experience, gain confidence, grow their mindset, and grow their investing team. It was founded on the belief that every successful investor, entrepreneur or business owner can only reach their full potential if they have amazing Mentors, Coaches and Masterminds. The Cash-Flow Breakfast Club focuses on growing hyper-local communities throughout the US that consists of 100+ in-person and local investors that participate in coaching, mentoring, masterminds, beginner, intermediate and high-level real estate investor education, and game changing networking. Each location is led by well-established real estate investors that have a go-giver heart and are crusaders on a mission to help as many people in their network as possible obtain financial freedom through real estate investing. Within this club we often partner and collaborate with each other on various real estate investment projects and opportunities. We published a book with the same name as our club (The Cash-Flow Breakfast Club) which was written in power parable format as both a story and a manual. It is a manual for financial freedom, however, It is also a manual to help a leader get started on growing a Cash-Flow Breakfast Club community. We are currently in expansion mode with multiple locations being added each month. We are targeting to have hundreds of locations open and operational in the next 3 years. From a community standpoint, it is immediately clear the benefits that the club members will gain from participation and regular attendance. This is much different than a REIA or any other kind of real estate investor meet up. From a community leader standpoint, we offer a turn-key solution for that leader to plug into a proven system to provide immediate impact to their community. We provide that community leader new topics and presentation slides monthly. We help them grow their community to a consistent 60-100 in-person participants each month. We put them in a position to help hundreds achieve financial freedom. We provide them a unique format that is specifically designed to help foster a tight-knit community. We provide leadership and presenter coaching and feedback. We provide back-end support with event advertising and obtaining event sponsorships. Ultimately be make it easier for that leader to both increase their network while at the same time providing them a turn-key platform to help them make an impact and change lives.
