31 year old living in life the Dallas area. I have a gorgeous wife and 2 beautiful daughters. I am interested in buy and hold properties, and passive income through index funds. Experience: Rental properties that consist of mostly short term rentals and some long terms, and multifamilies. I’m obsessed with the STR aspect of it though. My company has acquired a good portfolio mix of STR’s. I have flipped and built a few homes. Short term real estate goals: Grow my personal and business residential portfolio. Expand our home building business with more private partners and move into small apartment build-to-rent investing.
