Aaron Poling

I have spent most of my life working with real estate in one way or another. My father was a General Contractor, building and selling homes & developing land. I worked with him from a kid carrying lumber, to being his business partner. I also became a licensed General Contractor on my own working on various types of contracting, building and selling homes, and flipping homes. Eager to learn and have more control over the selling process I became a licensed Realtor in 2009. At that time it was a tough market for construction and real estate sales but I struggled through and focused my energy on sales. I am currently licensed as a Realtor in West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland. I am also an aspiring Real Estate Investor. I own a few properties but have moved slow in building my portfolio as the previous market collapse has turned me from a care free business person that always succeeded into a skeptic. I am working diligently on changing that! Hopefully the BP Community can help!
