I have been reading about different forms of real estate investing since 2001. My problem was I knew a little about most forms of real estate, but I needed to FOCUS on certain forms to become an expert. Now I'm in the business of helping wholesalers get rid of their good wholesale deals. So if you or anyone else needs to get that wholesale deal sold let me know and I can help. I get paid by the end buyer so it won't affect your profit on the deal!!! Experience: My experience has just been reading about different forms of real estate investing since 2001. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to of course be financially independent through Real Estate. Since I have read about most facets of Real Estate Investing I would like to have experience in doing at least one deal in each of those areas. I would like to purchase tax sale properties, rehab properties, wholesale SFR's & Commercial properties, buy & hold Apartment Buildings etc.........When I have accomplished those goals I want to give back by helping other people get started so they can become financially independent like myself free of charge. Currently Seeking: I'm currently looking for other investors to network with that I can help and that can help me as well. I might not have the most experience on the block but I'm pretty knowledgeable and very resourceful. So I give advice on certain topics dealing with RE Investing
