Currently Rocking our Airbnb house hack (full flip) PR and next we are ready to buy and hold rentals. Seeking help with writing deals and financing since we are taking "massive action" this year! Looking to network with Pro's and others in our area. Always learning and striving for the next goal. ("" From Grant Cardone) Experience: Purchased first fixer-upper PR home in late 2014: full renovation/flip of that home- have built equity. Currently hosting Airbnb in our PR and offering on buy and hold investment properties. Avid reader/podcast listener - my formal education didn't include any business classes so I have taken it upon myself to learn as much as possible! Communication and encouraging others are my strengths, I am a medical professional, military spouse and am competitive in fitness. Real Estate Goals: Goal to acquire (and hold) at least 2 units in 2018 and begin cash flowing (potentially renting the house we already own to improve cash flow and ROI). Acquire and hold at least 2 units per year for the next 5 years. Our specific focus is Cash Flow using 2-4 unit properties in the Camp Lejeune/Stone Bay area that would rent to military families/couples and that we wouldn't hesitate to move into if need be. Not interested in section 8 housing or any neighborhoods (below C) that we wouldn't feel comfortable moving into (since the back up plan is to move in- personal safety takes priority). I have an interest in non-conventional multi-units such as tiny homes/ rv parks. Long term goal- maximize land use for desirable housing for military and young families in suburban areas, own about 40 units that will maintain a small staff for management, and live comfortably so we can increase volunteering in our community and following our passions ;) Currently Seeking: Realtor and financing. We have found that many realtors in the area don't understand our business perspective and typically help clients make emotional purchases. We hope to network here on BP to find someone who can help us acquire a property efficiently (willing to look at and make offers on more than 1 property at a time). Looking for help with writing deals for seller financing, getting non-conventional loans and using the typical loans to aquire properties.
