I have been investing for about a year and a half, I have flipped 2 properties with success and renovated my 3rd property I purchased October 2013 as a rental property. I own the one rental property at this time. Looking to purchase multiple properties instead of one at a time to hold and to fix and flip to leave my full time job. I can't find a bank or mortgage company that will do loans on investment properties that have less than a 6 month seasoning period. This limits me from purchasing multiple properties with my own cash. Also looking to build my business contacts lists of investors for both selling me and buying from me properties. I am buying properties currently in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. My biggest sticking point to my success seems to be finding distressed properties and financing.
