I'm from Miami, FL and moved to Gainesville, FL in 2003 to start the Opus Coffee company. We now have 8 retail stores, 6 on UF campus buildings, 1 located in the Innovation District, the Opus Coffee Airstream, and a coffee roaster located near downtown. It seems like I've always been interested in real estate and purchased my first property in 2006. I then purchased my second and third properties in 2011 and 2014 followed by developing the 4th Ave Food Park.
