I am a Realtor that works nearly exclusively with investors of overnight cabin rental cabins in Sevier County, TN. Occasionally I will branch out for regular residential sales, but my niche is unquestionably locating the best performing overnight cabin rentals for my buyers. My primary focus is the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, Waldens Creek/Bluff Mountain, Pittman Center, and Cobbly Nob areas as those tend to be the areas with the best performing cabins. I have a construction background, having been licensed to build residential, commercial, and industrial in Tennessee until I decided to focus strictly on being a Realtor and our own real estate investments. My wife, Brooke, and I also own a few overnight cabin rentals ourselves and are always looking for additional opportunities.
