I began buying investment properties in 2005 and got my real estate brokers license in 2008. My portfolio includes a mix of asset classes throughout the East Bay. My current portfolio with my partners is over 100 units. I am currently seeking multifamily properties in the Bay Area in the 10-30 unit size. I am also a licensed General Contractor. I own a construction company focusing on the commercial and multi-family sectors in the San Francisco Bay Area. On the personal side, I have a wife and young daughter.
