I am new to real estate investing and currently working on my first flip. I'm flipping properties to raise enough cash for the down payment on a multi-unit apartment building and multi-family homes. I have SFH rental properties (STR & LTR) and now looking to grow my portfolio. I am reading and learning as much as I can here on BP and hope to become a valuable BP contributor as I gain some experience.
