Jonathan Pflueger

I am a Santa Cruz area native and a Senior Analyst in the beautiful California Bay Area. I have a passion for real estate and I am looking to expand my knowledge and experience. My wife and I bought our first 3-unit investment property in 2017 and then a 5-unit in 2019, since then it has been a wild and amazing ride. We are looking to scale up and begin buying larger commercial multi-family properties. As part of this we have also began actively looking to buy a local Property Management Company to complement our real estate goals and systems-oriented lifestyle. We are always looking for new contacts and ways to partner with people. For 2025 we will be putting a lot of effort and investment into building out our core network of professionals.
