I am the founder and owner of LeRu Investments LLC, a real estate investment company based in Anaheim, California. LeRu Investments LLC, is focused on acquiring value-add apartment properties and applies strategies focused on increasing value; creating resident appeal and achieving high investment returns for our investors. We invest primarily in apartment complexes and larger multifamily properties in cities that have diversified job growth and an increasing population. We’ve owned and operated properties in 3 different states - California, Texas and Indiana. We’ve also done fix n flips locally of single family homes, utilizing our local team. I own a property management company in Anaheim, California that manages properties for other landlords and our local investors that participate in our deals. Our company is passionate about helping investors build their wealth and create great communities for our apartment residents. Our specialty is improving B & C class properties into communities that provide clean, safe housing for the local population. I’ve been in real estate for 17 years as a real estate investor, property manager, asset manager and property due diligence specialist. I’ve advised other investors, created partnerships, been interviewed on numerous podcasts and provided property management consulting to many individuals and organizations. With the help of my team, we run the largest Investor Group in California – The Orange County Investment Club with over 11,000 members. The club provides networking and real estate education to our members. My background is in aerospace as a quality control manager for machine shops and metal forming shops working directly with companies such as Boeing, Space X, Airbus, Gulfstream and many other suppliers and aerospace sub-contractors. My bachelor’s degree is from California State University of Long Beach in business. I enjoy traveling, snowboarding, music; watching documentaries and a spending time with my wife.
