Hi everyone! I'm a full time chemical engineer diving into the world of real estate investing. My aim is to get a small multi-family unit in the greater Philadelphia area where I can do some house-hacking for a while. I'm currently trying to absorb as much knowledge as I can about the industry while inching my way towards THE day when I seize my first deal. I'm looking forward to all the great new experiences and meeting all the great people already investing in this space. Outside of chemical engineering and real estate, I am a lover of racquet sports, especially racquetball. And I also really enjoy learning and speaking other languages. I speak Spanish, English, Italian, and I am planning to start learning French this year. Real Estate Goals: Gain financial freedom through real estate investing, primarily through buying and holding. I aspire to gain more freedom to travel around the world and also to donate my time, energy and resources towards philathropic projects.
