Hello everyone, My name is Oscar and I live in West Palm Beach with my wife Yahaira. We have very little experience in real estate; we own a two-flat building and a SFR in Chicago. I just finished listening podcast # 078 and realized that real estate is something that I want to do from now own. I am wiling to learn as much as I can from the experts to become a real estate investor. Experience: We currently own a SFR and a two-flat building In Chicago and a SFR in Vineland NJ: rental units We also have a Town house in West Palm Beach FL New: SFR in MO (under contract) 08-25-2018 Real Estate Goals: Short term goal: Own 5 units in Chicago and start looking for properties in Port Saint Lucie and West Palm Beach, Florida. Build portfolio in MO. Long term goal: Own multi-unit apartments (100+units). FL or other state Currently Seeking: Buy and hold (single family and multifamily buildings) in MO.
