Spanish investor-in-training relocating to Pennsylvania and focused on the Philadelphia market. I'm building my foundation through hands-on construction/rehab experience, real estate underwriting, and local market study. My first goal is to purchase a house hack or small multifamily property (ideally a legal 2–4 unit) with manageable value-add potential, learn the landlord/operator side of the business, and build from there. Long term, I'm interested in disciplined buy-and-hold and BRRRR investing, with a strong focus on conservative underwriting, construction knowledge, reserves, and long-term ownership. I'm here to connect with Philadelphia-area investors, investor-friendly agents, mortgage brokers/lenders, contractors, property managers, and experienced landlords. Especially interested in learning from people actively operating small multifamily and value-add rentals in Pennsylvania.
