Hi! I'm Kim! During the day, I work in healthcare. On the side, I do three things--I travel, own and manage rental property and host a free private facebook group for beginner investors who want to buy their FIRST rental property. Because of work and lifestyle freedom I live in 3 places-- Alaska, California, and Chicago. I do not have a home or apartment, just my 3 suitcases. This works for my lifestyle because I find temporary housing each time I arrive to one of these locations. I am an adventure traveler, I think...lol --I travel to climb glaciers, sleep in ice hotels, explore caves, trek jungles, climb mountains, ride elephants and eat exotic, smelly and strange cuisine. I've been to over 80 countries and all 7 continents. I use the passive income from real estate to fund many of my travels. Finally, I have the heart of a teacher, and per Myers Briggs--I'm a "cheerleader" and "Inspirer." I have a free facebook group named HOW TO BUY YOUR FIRST RENTAL PROPERTY.
