I’m 18 years old and I always am looking to meet and connect with new people. I have a great passion for real estate investing and business. I have operated an eBay business, now going on two years. I look to communicate, seek advice, give out ideas, and find guidance through networking, and building relationships, in which ideally we can lead to projects. As a partner I provide leads, connections in the market, time, willing to provide more than half the deals value, and willing to self manage. I am looking for partners who have an established credit, creativity, and an in depth understanding of repair and rehab (this is my weak spot). My strengths include financial modeling, communications, capital for small properties. and connections to the Charlotte and Columbus markets in NC/OH. I have been looking over the Ohio market in Cleveland and Columbus Ohio. I have been analyzing the market for some time and am looking to buy my first rental. I have a few duplex/triplex/quads I’m looking at in high appreciation areas - with good cashflow and long term tenants (on a few of the properties). . I am looking for someone with either capital or experience, and the willingness to co-sign or have the loan under their name, as my credit history is still being established.
