I am a new real estate investor in the Las Vegas, NV area. I have held one rental property since 2003 but I am now interested in doing much more in real estate. I have an MBA from the college of William & Mary with a specialization in General Management. I am also an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
