Pablo Pereyra

My name is Pablo Pereyra, and I've been involved in Memphis real estate since 2003 as a broker, lender, investor advocate, educator, and problem solver. I am the Principal Broker and owner of 901 REALTORS®, a family-founded brokerage serving Memphis and the Mid-South. As a second-generation REALTOR®, I've spent more than two decades helping investors, landlords, homebuyers, and business owners navigate the opportunities and challenges of real estate investing. What makes my background somewhat unusual is that my experience extends beyond brokerage. I've worked in banking and mortgage lending, giving me a perspective that combines real estate, finance, and investment analysis. I enjoy helping investors evaluate deals not only from the property side, but also from the financing and risk-management side. Over the years I've worked with first-time investors purchasing their first rental property, experienced landlords building portfolios, out-of-state buyers entering the Memphis market, and rehabbers focused on fix-and-flip opportunities. My areas of interest include rental property acquisition, BRRRR strategies, value-add investing, foreclosure opportunities, portfolio growth, financing solutions, and long-term wealth building through real estate. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and have had the privilege of helping clients and investors from diverse backgrounds achieve their real estate goals. My commitment to the industry has included serving as a Director for both the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® and Tennessee REALTORS®. I have also had the honor of speaking before the Tennessee House of Representatives on behalf of real estate investors and property owners regarding issues affecting housing, investment, and private property rights. Outside of brokerage, I have spent more than 15 years co-hosting a weekly radio program with my father, Jorge Pereyra, discussing real estate, investing, personal finance, and economic trends affecting our community. Together we have participated in more than 250+ live broadcasts and continue to enjoy educating others about the opportunities and challenges of real estate investing. I am actively involved in the Memphis investment community and have worked closely with members of the Memphis Investors Group (MIG), one of the region's leading investor organizations.
