Philip Accardo

I am a York County native and a full-time real estate sales professional. I am a part of the Accardo and Weikert-Kauffman Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Keystone Realty. We have 6 full time experienced real estate agents to help you with all your real estate needs. I am a consistent real estate producer in my market, landing myself in the top 5% in agent sales in my market for the last 4 years. In those 4 years have personally closed over 30 million in sales equating to about 200 homes. I thoroughly understand real estate retail sales, real estate investment sales and the business behind the industries. If you are looking to buy, sell or invest, I am your guy! I also maintain and manage one of the top real estate search sites in York County, www.yorkhomefinder.com. Before I was into real estate, I earned a degree in computer science from Pennsylvania College of Technology. My computer and tech background is strong, which helps make the experience of working with me that much easier. I absolutely love to help people buy and sell their homes. Give me a call if you want to network!
