Pacific Swell Investments is a real estate group that invests in SFR, multi-units using traditional & creative financing. The BRRRR Method is our primary structure for adding cash flow properties to our portfolio. Our 2021 target is to add to our investment portfolio 5 small multifamily units (5-20 doors each) in the US.
