Acquisitions assistant at Web City Properties in Dallas. I started investing in Eastern North Carolina while I was active duty Marine Corps, back in 2018. I still invest in ENC, and am now looking at the DFW and Denver areas. I have transitioned from residential to commercial multifamily in order to scale faster and secure 100 rental units, cash-flowing at-least $100 a door, before 2025.
