I am a real estate investor based in Pittsburgh, PA. Experienced in buying/selling/rehabbing residential and commercial real estate, buy and hold incoming-producing properties, value-add commercial, wholesaling, distressed commercial asset sales, real estate syndication, private lending opportunities, creative financing, and real estate options. As leader of the Commercial Sub-Group within the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association (REIA), I am looking to meet bridge and equity funders for active commercial deals ($500k-25MM) across all asset classes that our members are looking to finance. I am also interested in meeting developers who are experienced with hospitality, retail, and residential development and who would be interested in potential JV opportunities.
