Pari is the Principal at SA Note Funding Group. We are a California based private real estate company focussed on buying and selling performing and non-performing notes throughout the US to produce above and consistent returns for our investors. We purchase these assets from Banks/Hedge Funds. Our primary objective is to help home owners a.k.a borrowers keep their home. We offer a loan modification solution for the borrower and convert it to a performing note and thereby our investors receive a consistent payment from the borrowers. Our other strategies involve cash for keys, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure or sell/rent for better returns. My wife and I also buy properties in the Bay Area.
