I am originally from Nepal, Land of the Himalayas and Birth Place of Lord Buddha! I finished my schooling in India, as I was there for 12 years. I then moved to the US in 2000 to attend college in Washington D.C. then lived in Trumbull, CT with family after college. I moved to NYC in 2007 to start my real estate career. Best move ever! Everything I do professionally is all real estate related, it is my passion. I enjoy structuring deals and thinking out of the box to get to the finish line. Best of all, I make money on what I love doing. I eat, breath and live real estate. I enjoy meeting new people and networking. I love to help people whenever I can, personally or professionally. I am a social person, easy going and a sports fanatic. Love going to sporting events and playing most sports. I love playing golf, billiards, basketball and most outdoor activities. I have completed the NYC Triathlon, looking to compete more in the coming years. I also enjoy dining out, cooking and music. I currently live in Upper West Side, Manhattan, NYC.
