My wife and I currently own two Rentals. We house hacked our primary residence by turning our detached garage into a 1 bedroom apartment for a family member. Our next investment was a 3 bedroom in an up and coming B-class neighborhood in Detroit. My wife, who is a realtor in California found a very affordable deal. We are currently working on our third investment which is a vacation rental in The Dominican Republic. My goal is to expand our investment portfolio and knowledge by extending my network on bigger pockets.
