I live and work in San Diego Ca and my experience in Real Estate investing started at birth--I was born into a household where weekend projects were fixing drains, mowing lawns and painting hallways. My dad owns about 24 units in San Jose Ca and I grew up working on those. Now, I operate the only full service insurance agency in Southern California focused specifically on Real Estate Investing. We are currently insuring more than 20 active investors with more than 500 units of buy and hold (SFR and MF) units and we have 300+ Flips insured and set to close this year.
