Parker C. Snow

Hello, My name is Parker Snow and I’m 23 years old, living in Southern CA. I am currently looking to close my first deal in 6-18 months. I am looking to purchase a 3+bd 2+ba townhome with no HOA fees in Orange County, CA, but I am also looking in Las Vegas to purchase as a buy and hold property. I am a licensed pest control operator in California and have both my Branch 1 and Branch 2 Field Rep licenses from the structural pest control board as well as my trapping license from California Fish and Wildlife. I am in need of a real estate agent in the Las Vegas area and am looking for a local REIA to join here in Orange County, CA.
