I’m a private lender focused on helping real estate investors access fast, flexible capital for their deals. At Remington Park Family Office, my partner Michael and I specialize in funding bridge loans, value-add projects, fix & flip loans, reverse exchanges, construction financing, and land loans for investment real estate. We take a relationship-driven approach and pride ourselves on structuring creative solutions that help investors move quickly and confidently. I’m licensed as both a California Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Officer, and I hold an NMLS license. This allows us to also fund select residential deals through our lending network and affiliate channels. To stay connected to the market and actively involved in the field, I also run a small real estate media company on the side — offering drone footage and 360° interior tours to agents and investors looking to better market their properties.
