About myself
New real estate investor that has purchased his first duplex. I also have an LLC with a Private Placement Memorandum to raise funds. Experience: I've owned a SFH as a rental but sold it. I grew weary of being an out of state owner. Real Estate Goals: To network and build a portfolio of multifamily properties. Currently Seeking: Mentors, new investors and private lenders. I am also looking for people interested in putting together a team to put together deals.
