I'm a journeyman electrician, and I've also done 3 flips in the Pdx Metro area. The electrical company I work for works with builders who do a combination of residential remodeling and spec homes. For me, building wealth is a personal obligation - generous (& anonymous) individuals gave me access to a much better education than my family could have afforded, and the only way I can repay them is to do the same for others.
