Dave Passey

I have been in the real estate industry for a number of years in many different capacities. I have a construction background and started flipping homes in 2014 in Utah. Shortly after that, I moved to Texas and continued flipping houses and wholesaling in the McKinney area just north of Dallas. I had an offer to do commercial construction for a hotel chain and couldn't say no, so for a while I moved back into construction. I have now reunited with the group I was working with in the McKinney area and we are wholesaling in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. I have recently (2017) moved to Missoula, Montana, but still do my work remotely in Dallas with Win Win Home Buyers. Our managing partner of Win Win Home Buyers, a good friend of mine, was on the Bigger Pockets Podcast episode 236.
