I love to travel, so I'm really focused on creating enough passive cash-flow to quit my job and get back to traveling long-term. Experience: I currently only own out of state as my main focus is cash-flow. NYC doesn't hit my criteria for this, so I'm always looking for new markets. I just started hard money lending and I'm looking for qualified borrowers. Real Estate Goals: To acquire 10 more single family properties in the next 2 years, and move on to a large multi-family one year after. Currently Seeking: I'm currently looking for single families and residential (4 units and under) multi-families with excellent cash-flow. I'm also interested in the Hudson River Valley and Dutchess County in upstate New York. Now also looking to purchase properties all cash.
