I live with my wife and 2 daughters in the Seattle area and I'm currently in a full time job. I am looking to develop multiple income streams through buying and renting residential real estate and house flipping. Experience: Having only renovated the houses that I have lived in over the years, I am fairly new to real estate investing. I started my company - Beachwood Properties and Investments only in September 2017. I have three flips and a medium-sized multi-family investment in work at the moment. Real Estate Goals: Near-term goal: to complete 5 flips in 2018 and purchase two 20+ unit multi-family properties. Medium-term (2-3 years): own 300 cash flowing rental units. Longer term (5 years): become financially free.
