Started in residential real estate buying HUD homes in The "D" before it was called that (Detroit). Moved into Foreclosures & Short sales, Subject To and Lease Options, tax sale overages. Looking to network with like minded people and to build my team and make some money! I am now investing in the Commercial RE area in Mobile home Parks, Self-storage and Multifamily assets.
