I'm a wildlife biologist and really enjoy my job. Not looking for a career change, just an addition. I enjoy being outside in many different ways including but not limited to hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting. I also like homebrewing beer, and as of late have enjoyed researching real estate investing. Experience: I bought my primary residence (FHA and Nevada first time home buyers program) in 2014. I refinanced and got rid of PMI in 2016. I set up a HELOC during the refinance. I have done two buy and holds and one flip, all in Missouri. I currently have a 4 plex under contract in a different "farm" in Missouri. Real Estate Goals: I don't want everything, just to add to what I have. I want the extra legroom on a flight, I want guacamole on my Chipolte burrito, and once in a while I'd like to upgrade my rental car from subcompact to compact. Being more serious I'd like to acquire enough buy and holds (SFR, multi family, small apartments) to be able to retire early. Not saying I will, but would like to have the option. I'd like to acquire these through flips, the BRRR method, and gritt. I'm becoming more interested in direct mail marketing. I'm an extrovert and by golly real estate is going to work!
