Patrick Soukup

I started investing in real estate in 2008, doing a fix and flip. I was a small partner in the deal, but it gave me the taste and little experience that I needed. I began working for a property management company in 2009 which taught me everything about the buy and hold game. In 2013 I became a licensed real estate agent and began buying and selling homes for others. Since then, we have acquired 21 rental units and continue to invest in Northern Colorado and specifically Fort Collins. When I'm not knee deep in real estate, I love working out and competing in dang near any athletic event.
