I'm a wannabe rental property investor. I do have a 4 private villas under my belt which I Airbnb since 10 years and which grow 3x in their asset value in the same timeframe. Pretty proud of that. And do cashflow 6000/month (if there is no covid) :-) Now I'm on to investing in the United States into a rental property to Airbnb out as well Why I like Airbnb? I grow up in a house with long-term tenants. My parents where the landlord, hands-on one's. There was no day we did not discuss tenant issues. Long term tenants are equals headache to me.
